        Ken George    10-6-49 to 7-25-97

Ken George was the type of man that men strive to be.  He was a loving husband and father, hard worker, and lover of nature.  He served in the USMC in the 3rd Battallion,  3rd Division...3/3 Mike.  During his life and especially his illness, he drew strength from his family, friends and those loving strangers and friends on the internet.

He lost his battle to Cancer (probable cause Agent Orange) on July 25th .  He is loved and  missed by all who came in contact with this wonderful man.

          JOSEPH TODD JOWERS

Todd as he was known to all his family and friends, was a wonderfully outgoing and friendly man who was liked by all.  He was the oldest of four and the only son.  He loved to eat and some of his favorite foods were:  catfish, hushpuppies, Reese Peanut Butter Cups and he loved to drink Mountain Dew.  It was one of his joys in life to play Santa on Christmas Eve for his nieces and nephews.  He received so much joy from giving them pleasure.  He had a special mother/son bond and there was never a time that he either saw or spoke on the phone with his mother that he didn't say "Momma, I love you".

Todd's life was cut tragically short when he fell victim to murder on October 13, 1996.  We will forever love and miss you.

                   ANNA WAGNER
                  10-1-06  to  9-25-97

Anna was one of the most caring people ever put on earth.  She was always available to sit and chat with one and all.  She knew the true meaning of "a stranger is a friend you haven't met yet".  She was wise in the ways of life and was always there to lend an ear andgive advice to any who turned to her.  She lived and worked on a farm for many years, which contributed to her love of all flowers.  I think though, if you asked her what her greatest accomplishment in this life was, she would have answered:  "my children".  She was able to raise her two daughters to turn out to be as loving and caring as she herself  was.

We will miss you, our neighbor and dear friend.

  HELEN MARIE COLLINS BROWN
               2-14-?  to  9-3-88

Helen was a wonderful woman with a great sense of humor.  She was born on Valentine's Day but would never devulge the year to anyone.  It was part of her charm and her ageless outlook on life.

She was my grandmother and more, she was my best friend.  She supported me in all I did and encouraged me to do more and more with my swimming and music and interests.  She was a very wise woman who taught me to seek out the beauty in nature. She taught me to treat each person with respect, despite any differences in color, nationality, religious beliefs or financial status.   Most importantly, she gave me the courage to believe in myself.

Goodbye my grandmother, my best friend, I love and miss you,
                                              Sheri
