Bonnie Fitzsimmons

Bonnie was a very special person who entered my life when my two week old orphaned kitten, Love,was in desperate need of surgery and I didn't have enough money to cover his medical bills.  A  person within the rescue community gave me Bonnie's name and phone number.  I called and she came by cab late at night and paid Love's bill in full.  Not only did she do that but she sat with me and talked to me during his surgery.  She hugged me when the news came that Love had survived.  As I thanked her over and over, she just simply said that anyone would have done the same thing.

When Bonnie died suddenly, I felt as if I had lost a very good friend.  There were no relatives who lived close by whom I might express my sadness to and tell of her wonderful kindness to me and kitten Love.  Instead,  I am honoring her memory by placing this memorial for her for all the world to read and know that once there was a true angel among us.

 James John Murphy

"Jim" was a SGT. in the US Army and served in Korea.  He was the father of two daughters, the grandfather to two granddaughters and two grandsons.  He had one sister and many neices and nephews.  He died from 
a massive heart attack secondary to alcoholism.
